Happy National Coffee Day ☕

Sour? Grind finer.
Bitter? Go coarser.
Can you dial it in?

A coffee-brewing puzzle built on the real brewing control chart. 25 picky customers, 5 brewers from espresso to cold brew, and a handful of tries to get each cup right. Every brew lands on the chart so you can see what went wrong.

How to play

Taste, read, adjust

Every real barista does this loop dozens of times a morning. It's called “dialling in”.

1 · Read the order

Each customer wants a cup inside a target box: how extracted (sweet vs sour or bitter) and how strong.

2 · Set the dials

Grind, dose, water, temperature, steep time. Some are locked, because cafés are chaos.

3 · Brew and taste

Your cup lands on the chart and the customer tells you how it tastes. Adjust and go again.
