An unofficial round-table deduction game

Can maths catch a Traitor?

Hidden Traitors are murdering guests in a Highland castle. Every tell, fumble and lone burn vote feeds an exact Bayesian suspicion meter. Follow the numbers — or switch them off and trust your gut.

“Have I gone back through the data of all the previous games and tried to find statistically significant patterns? Yes.” — mathematician Hannah Fry, before entering The Celebrity Traitors series 2 (BBC One, October 2026)

The maths

Same castle number = same guests and same hidden Traitors. Send it to a friend and compare.

☀️ By day

Breakfast reveals who was murdered. Win the mission for the prize pot and a shield. Spend three actions watching, questioning and checking alibis.

🕯️ At the round table

Everyone accuses, everyone votes, one guest is banished and reveals their role. Lone “burn votes” and who voted for whom are clues.

🌙 By night

The Traitors murder — usually someone who has been pointing at them. Even a murder is evidence, and the meter knows it.
